Job Description

You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

What You Will Do
The Project Manager will support the planning and delivery of FCC’s core digital platform and associated initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for successful planning and execution of cross‑functional initiatives that define and deliver solutions to meet business needs, tackle business problems and develop new service and product offerings for our clients. Fidelity Clearing initiatives drive scalability, innovation, and continuous improvement of our services in the Canadian marketplace. The ideal candidate is an adaptable professional, with an entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of initiative, and is comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.

Strategizing on delivery approach with business stakeholders, and leadership

Developing and executing on a plan with key achievements and clear deliverables and timelines

Day‑to‑day Scrum Master responsibilities to distributed Agile delivery teams

Champion Agile values across the organization

Project resource management, tracking of work progress and project financials

Business readiness planning / deployment / transition to operations

Managing project risk throughout the project lifecycle





Working and presenting with senior management and C‑level executives and clients

What We Are Looking For

Completed post‑secondary degree (University/College) or equivalent work experience

3‑5 years of project management experience in the financial industry, preferably within capital markets

Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a matrix setting while coordinating effectively with global delivery teams

Experience managing digital solutions, technology refresh, and infrastructure projects is a strong asset

Working experience within an Agile delivery environment and knowledge of various agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean

Agile/SAFe/Scrum Master certification is an asset; PMP certification or equivalent is also valued

The Skills You Bring

Experience in project planning, management and lifecycle methodologies

Excellent grasp of Agile values, principles, and practices, including experience facilitating events like sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews

Experience managing multiple priorities in a matrix environment, including coordination with global delivery teams and external vendors

Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage teams and leaders at all levels globally

Base salary and discretionary performance bonus:



Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $105,000 to $155,000, based on experience and qualifications.
