About This Role
We are recruiting for a Systems Administrator II (Endpoint Administrator) to join the IT team at our Burnaby head office.
In this role, you will be keeping endpoint systems secure, optimized, and running at their best. You will take ownership of the administration, support, security, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoints across desktop, mobile, and server environments. You play a key role in ensuring our endpoint ecosystem is seamlessly configured, continuously monitored, and securely deployed.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise endpoints (servers, workstations, and mobile devices), ensuring compliance with IT and data security standards
Administer endpoint operations, including device setup, user provisioning, and core system administration
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
Provide Tier 2 support to end users, mentor Tier 1 support staff, and collaborate with Tier 3 on major projects
Support backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and system availability
Contribute to endpoint modernization, transition initiatives, and continuous process improvements
Build, maintain, and support tools and processes that enhance IT service delivery
Assist in evaluating business and technical requirements, including new software solutions
Document procedures, system changes, and best practices
Your Experience and Skills
Post‑secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
5+ years of experience in endpoint administration, mobile device management, and security best practices or a related IT role
Strong understanding of Windows, iOS, and mobile device management (iOS and Android)
Experience supporting Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 endpoint administration
Experience with third‑party patching and endpoint tooling such as Patch My PC, BeyondTrust, or similar products
Familiarity with certificate and token renewals, compliance baselines, and device configuration standards
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
Professional IT designations or certifications are considered an asset

Salary
Salary range: $75,000–$95,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered.
