Strategic Buyer – PCD (Detail Parts & Raw Materials)

Type: Full time, Permanent Position – 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements (Internal - External).
Monitor the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achieve throughout the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost ...).
Manage the day-to-day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks.
Participate in the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in an aerospace environment.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, multidisciplinary environment and collaborating with teams such as Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Program Management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
Previous experience in the aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing industry is considered a strong asset.
