Key Responsibilities:
Own design vision and roadmap for the rider journey
Manage and mentor a team of product designers
Partner with leadership to align on strategic direction




Guide execution for flow, UI migrations, and AI tooling
Ensure quality and usability standards across products
Requirements:
6+ years in product design with 2+ years in management
Proven success in mentoring and team collaboration
Experience with complex, core product journeys
Ability to manage ambiguity and complex workflows
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus
