Lead the transformation of work management in the City of Toronto as a Senior Solutions Designer. This role focuses on IBM Maximo, technical architecture, and providing integrated solutions onsite three days a week.
As part of the Enterprise Work Management System (EWMS) Program, you will oversee the technical design and development of custom applications within a rapid-paced, complex setting. Your expertise will guide the configuration of enterprise architecture and solutions under the Maximo framework while ensuring effective change management and operational optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design custom applications and interfaces for IBM Maximo
Develop and implement technical strategies for work management
Manage enterprise architecture layout and configurations




Support testing and validation of vendor solutions
Assist business units in production support transition
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software development
Expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6 and 9.1 systems
Strong knowledge of Cloud transformations and ERP systems
Experience with stakeholder communication methodologies
Proven ability in operational optimization and risk management
