Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and workload planning
Conduct a range of material tests, including compressive strength

Support technician training and resource planning

Requirements:
Three-year accredited Technician or Technologist diploma
Minimum four years of relevant experience
Supervisor experience for at least two years
Robust knowledge of testing standards
Ability to handle samples up to 25 kg regularly
