In this senior role, you will report to the Director, leading the Distribution Engineering & Asset Information team. Your leadership will bridge engineering analytics with asset governance, contributing to Hydro Ottawa’s sustainability goals. You will mentor professionals while managing a team that ensures grid resilience and compliance through rigorous assessments and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team performance and set departmental goals
Direct GIS data governance and interoperability frameworks




Spearhead localized capacity evaluations and impact assessments
Conduct root-cause analysis for system improvements
Govern engineering processes for short-circuit calculations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Skilled Engineer licensed in Ontario
Five years of leadership experience
Knowledge of asset management frameworks
English essential;
French is an asset
