Cross Safety is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist to advise clients and ensure adherence to OHS requirements. In this full time role, you will focus on improving safety through regular inspections, training, and incident reporting. The position demands a proactive approach to fostering a safety culture while working closely with various teams in the construction and civil nuclear sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety orientations and training for in office workers
Perform ongoing safety inspections and enforce corrective actions




Engage in JHA and worker-led safety meetings
Document health and safety incidents and reporting
Prepare comprehensive health and safety reports as needed

Requirements:
Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
Minimum five years’ experience in high hazard environments
CRSP, CRST, ROH, CIH certification required
Robust knowledge of Ontario safety laws
Valid Class G driver's license needed
