The position demands a leader committed to clinical excellence in the Comprehensive School-Based Mental Health Program. You will provide oversight for mental health services, facilitate staff training, and partner with Indigenous wellness initiatives.

Ensuring quality assessment and treatment for youth, this manager role is key in enhancing mental health education and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical and operational leadership in programs
Collaborate on developing mental health intervention programs




Support culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices
Maintain effective communication with wellness teams
Promote program improvements through data evaluation

Requirements:
Master’s degree in clinical psychology or social work
Five years of experience in child and youth mental health
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Indigenous health practices an asset
Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
