In this temporary full-time role, reporting to the Maintenance & Operations Assistant Manager, you will undertake wide-ranging tasks, including spray painting, tiling, and concrete work. This position necessitates a certified journeyperson in painting or a minimum of four years of experience in the field.

You'll work in a busy setting, managing multiple priorities and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair building surfaces inside and outside




Apply decorative and protective coatings to surfaces
Execute plastering and tiling tasks as required
Conduct surface preparation and cleanup activities
Work effectively under demanding deadlines and time pressures

Requirements:
Certified Journeyperson in Painting required
4 years of related painting experience
Computer proficiency needed
Familiarity with tint machines is an asset
Ability to adapt in high-priority settings
