Magnus is seeking an Industrial Engineer dedicated to optimizing costs and enhancing productivity through Lean initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting divisional management teams during launches, resource shortages, and critical projects.

You will be responsible for analyzing data, facilitating workshops, and managing multiple improvement initiatives to elevate productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement Lean and MAFACT methodologies in manufacturing
Facilitate process improvement workshops with plant employees
Share best practices and improvement insights within the team




Conduct annual assessments and recommend actionable changes
Support training development and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in project management and cost analysis
Solid interpersonal skills and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to travel extensively within North America
