As an Experienced Tool Maker, you'll contribute significantly to mold-making projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and problem-solving. With 5+ years of experience, your skills in constructing, altering, and repairing molds will be fully utilized.
Additionally, you'll support tooling during molds tryouts and production launches, requiring travel across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct and repair molds to accurate tolerances
Participate in all phases of mold-making projects
Perform grinding, EDM operations, and fittings as assigned
Balance multiple mold projects to meet deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years in precision tooling and mold-making
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Solid computer skills for drawing interpretation
Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
Valid Ontario driver's license and Canadian passport
