Millwright Apprentice (registered) Opportunity in Toronto, Ontario
A leading manufacturing company is looking to hire a registered Millwright Apprentice to join their maintenance team.
As a Millwright Apprentice, your key responsibilities are:
Repair and maintain, in accordance with local codes, diagrams, sketches, engineering drawings, manuals and manufacturer's specifications, machinery, such as motors, conveyors, boilers, compressors, production equipment and other related machinery
12 hour continental shifts
Overtime when required
Qualifications:
Experience in maintenance of CNC machines, building maintenance, and equipment maintenance.
Previously registered preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Able to work in a team environment and handle priorities under pressure
Robust understanding and conscious of safe work practices
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
