Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quantitative evaluation of necessary materials and manpower
Prepare standardized summaries of quantities from plans
Identify prices for labor, equipment, and materials
Review supplier and subcontractor amounts for accuracy
Develop alternatives to reduce project construction costs

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Construction project estimation
Minimum 8 years of relevant estimating experience
Robust regional experience in Atlantic Canada
In-depth knowledge of excavation and formwork
Familiarity with estimation software
