Position Summary

This role represents a unique opportunity to help shape the future of transportation technology by connecting customers with cutting-edge automation, SCADA, and digital solutions that improve the safety, efficiency, and reliability of critical rail infrastructure.

A highly motivated and results‑oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) responsible to accelerate growth within the North American passenger rail and transit market. This is a hunter‑focused, individual contributor role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing current business opportunities that align with Willowglen’s transportation strategy.



The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of the passenger rail ecosystem, including transit authorities, OEMs, EPC firms, consultants, and key industry stakeholders. They will combine strategic business development expertise with a solid understanding of operational technology (OT), SCADA, automation systems, data collection, and Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proven relationship builder, skilled communicator, and relentless opportunity creator who can independently drive pursuits while coordinating cross‑functional teams to secure complex, multi‑million‑dollar projects.
