This role requires a strategic focus on performance improvement initiatives that support organizational priorities such as safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Align learning solutions to business priorities
Influence standardization of learning processes




Administer and configure LMS components
Manage content lifecycle and quality assurance
Report on learning effectiveness and insights
Requirements:
5–7 years of relevant experience in LMS and digital design
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Understanding of adult learning principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
