Key Responsibilities:
• Lead secure resident care and nursing delivery
• Administer medications in accordance with guidelines
• Supervise and mentor Health Care Aides effectively
• Ensure quality support for residents and families

• Current membership with CLHA of Alberta
• Proven supervisory skills in the healthcare field
