You will play a key role in WSP’s Energy, Resources & Industry group, leading multidisciplinary teams dedicated to complex engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all engineering work aligns with established quality standards while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. By allocating resources effectively and monitoring project performance, you'll ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee preparation and quality of project documentation
Provide strategic guidance on engineering challenges




Ensure compliance with WSP processes and quality standards
Monitor project performance and budget adherence
Support effective communication with stakeholders and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;
Chemical, Mining or Mechanical preferred
P.Eng status across Canadian provinces
15 years of relevant engineering experience
Solid track record of managing large, complex projects
Experienced in field engineering practices
Lead engineering initiatives that promote innovation and sustainability at WSP.
