As the face of our venue, you will oversee daily activities, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and organization within the venue to ensure a welcoming environment
- Coordinate staff schedules, training sessions,



and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support daily operations

Experience

- Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality industry standards
- Experience in cash handling with accuracy and integrity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience managing operations or supervising staff is highly desirable
