Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of traditional shawarmas wraps and plates.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including shawarma grills/rotisseries and fryers.
- Chop and prepare fresh ingredients (meats, vegetables, garnishes) with strong knife skills.
- Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all food items.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with cleaning equipment and prep areas.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner,
taking accurate orders and offering recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and fast-paced operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sandwich Maker or in a similar professional kitchen role is a must.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
