Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. We have an abundance of field and in town work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction fields, including framing, renovations, and new builds. This role requires a hands-on approach to building, setting up and repairing modular structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards.

Duties

- Framing new builds and renovations.
- Tin work, cladding, and other metal siding.
- Cabinet installation and flooring installation.
- Install trim, crown moulding, caulking and any other finishing.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Be willing to go to the field from time to time for 2-21 days at a time.
- Work well with team members, we pride ourselves in keeping a fun, energetic work atmosphere.
- Provide maintenance services, including light plumbing and electrical work when/if necessary.
- Fill out safety paperwork and participate in toolbox meetings.
- Pass a drug and alcohol test when needed.
- Be physically fit and able to work long periods on your feet.

Experience and assets





- Framing, trim, flooring, sheeting, tin siding and roofing, drywall, door and window installs.
- Blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics.
- Experience with plumbing and electrical a huge asset.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools.
- Experience in heavy equipment (skid steer, AWP, wheel loader, RTFL)
- Familiarity with modular construction.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
- Great time management skills.
- Great attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$45.00 per hour
