Overview IRATA Rope Access Electrician (Level 1, 2, or 3) at MSCP Heat Management Solutions. We are seeking a qualified journeyman Electrician with IRATA Certification to join our team. This role supports the company’s heat management program, with an emphasis on understanding insulation and learning the electrical aspects of heat management. Role Responsibilities Read & interpret blueprints, isometrics, and electrical schematics Manage the training facility and equipment, configure facilities for professional training, perform equipment inspections, and complete facility and equipment audits per IRATA guidelines Install and remove heat trace according to specified standards Work with power and hand tools Electrical installs, wiring, and cable pulls QA, testing, and commissioning of electrical and heat trace components Use digital work packages and quality documents Collaborate effectively within a work group Utilize problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills Adhere to safety requirements and policies,
