Yan Muirhead is a litigation boutique looking for an associate to join our team. We have a broad civil litigation practice, including shareholders disputes, real estate litigation, and professional negligence. We pride ourselves on providing service to our clients in a collegial environment.
The ideal candidate will have between three and five years of experience in commercial litigation, excellent writing and advocacy skills, good organization, and a desire to grow as an advocate. We offer a supportive environment, excellent advantages, and a competitive compensation package with a negotiable hourly target. We expect the base salary to be between $130,000 and $180,000 based on a target of 1,700 hours. We do not have fixed billable targets and will be flexible to accommodate a candidate who prefers a lower target.
