Job description:

• SHIFT: Days (6:00am to 2:30pm Mon. to Fri.)
• Wire control panels and industrial equipment with minimum direction
• Correctly interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Repairs and troubleshooting
• Complying with all safety regulations and work in a protected manner
• Working in a team environment
• Being professional and punctual

Qualifications:

• Industrial Electrician (422A) OR Construction & Maintenance (309A) license
• 3 yrs+ experience in electrical wiring in a manufacturing environment
• Able to read electrical drawings
• Knowledge of installations, troubleshooting, documentation, Canadian Electrical Code
• Experience with reading blueprints / electrical drawings (2D)
• Knowledge of hand tools,
  
  
  
  power tools, MS Office
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
• Strong safety orientation and ability to follow proper safety procedures (i.e Lock-Out / Tag-Out, etc.) with a do it right the first time mentality
• Self-sufficient and team oriented
• Willing and able to workassigned shift
