Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is seeking a results-driven, people-focused Director of Landscaping Maintenance to lead and scale our outdoor services operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for operational excellence across landscaping, snow removal management, fleet coordination, workforce leadership, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
We are looking for a strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands service-based operations, and can lead multiple teams while driving accountability, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across landscaping, maintenance, and winter services divisions
Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, service delivery, and profitability
Oversee field managers, supervisors, and operational support staff
Drive workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple crews and sites
Ensure operational KPIs, budgets, and financial targets are achieved
Build robust systems for quality control, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support client retention and growth




Monitor equipment utilization, fleet performance, and operational costs
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operational leaders
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
Support seasonal planning and execution for snow and ice management operations
Qualifications 7+ years of senior operations leadership experience in landscaping, construction, facilities services, transportation, logistics, or a related field
Proven ability to lead large operational teams in a service-based environment
Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and P&L; management
Experience managing multiple crews, schedules, and service contracts
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving ability with a hands-on leadership approach
Experience with operational systems, scheduling software, and KPI reporting
Knowledge of commercial landscaping or snow operations is considered a strong asset
