This influential role supports the Maintenance Department’s daily workflow while driving efficiency and safety compliance. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative tasks, and manage emergencies, all while leading your maintenance team to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations and maintenance staff management
• Perform and document preventative maintenance tasks
• Quickly address and repair mechanical and electrical failures
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Assist in snow removal and emergency responses

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and pneumatic systems
• Robust leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Must be on-call for emergencies and able to lift 50 lbs
