Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License

Full Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP)

Mandatory Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)

Role and Facility Information

Seeking a physician or NP to join a multi‑practitioner clinic. The clinic is a fully audited non‑profit run by Scw’exmx Health in Merritt, BC. All business considerations and benefits are taken care of by Schss. Physicians work independently for a modest overhead. Set your own hours and priorities.



Physicians rotate through ward rounds/in‑patient care, generally light, at Nicola Valley General Hospital in Merritt. Lucrative ER shifts are entirely optional.

Compensation
Compensation Type: Fee‑for‑Service

Advantages and Incentives

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Retention Premium 12.50%; Retention Flat Fee $19,364; Relocation Funding Available $9,000–$15,000, depending on move location; Recruitment Incentive $15,000. Other Rural incentives are subject to change and current rates are confirmed at the time of offer.
