You'll be part of Magna's Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting division, leading quality assurance efforts with 3-5 years of experience. This role demands a proactive approach to quality checks, supplier involvement, and inspection standards to ensure excellence in automotive products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and approve PPAP for program readiness
• Track APQP milestones and ensure compliance
• Develop controls and inspection matrices for quality assurance
• Manage recent program launches and conduct supplier reviews
• Lead investigations and validation testing for quality improvements
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate from a community college
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in quality engineering
• ASQC certification as a quality engineer (CQE) preferred
• Background in mechanical/quality engineering desired
• Experience in Tier I automotive is a plus
