The position involves analyzing bid documents, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing vendor comparisons, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit competitive project estimates
• Track project costs and manage subcontractor relationships
• Conduct site evaluations to assess cost implications




• Ensure compliance in contract administration and invoicing
• Collaborate with project teams for productive project execution

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5 years in estimating roles
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field
• Proficient with estimating tools such as Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure construction
