Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain machines via preventative maintenance protocols
• Conduct mechanical inspections and resolve issues
• Fabricate safety guards for machinery




• Work with production teams to reduce equipment downtime
• Document maintenance activities and compliance checks

Requirements:
• 3+ years of machine maintenance experience
• Journeyman Millwright ticket is advantageous
• Proven mechanical aptitude and proficiency in tools
• Solid communicator with production personnel
• Familiarity with factory operations and safety regulations
