As a coordinator, you will assist in the preparation and tracking of construction schedules while ensuring all contract documents are accurately maintained. Your experience will help you manage Requests for Proposals, Change Orders, and all essential construction documentation that drives project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the set-up and maintenance of project schedules
• Prepare and manage Trade Contractor Agreements
• Organize and monitor contract logs for compliance




• Draft bid comparisons and assist in trade selection
• Manage comprehensive project documentation accurately

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Comfort with construction documentation and technical details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 1-2 years of related construction experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a project team
