CREDIT OFFICER – INDUSTRIAL
We are looking to fill a permanent, full‑time position as an Industrial Credit Officer at our Richmond office, serving our client base. Reporting to the Director, Industrial Credit, your role will include managing a portfolio of customer accounts by analyzing accounts, processing credit applications, and implementing collection strategies when required.

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.

Communicating with customers to collect outstanding balances.

Releasing customer orders on a daily basis.

Conducting credit investigations (for both active and new customers).

Collaborating with the sales team and customer service department.

Building strong business relationships with customers.

Investigating and resolving claims.

Requirements

College diploma (DEC) in Administration or a combination of a relevant diploma and 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word).

Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.

Knowledge of AS400 and/or JD Edwards (JDE) systems (an asset).
