Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in youth and adult criminal courts
• Conduct client assessments and provide legal counsel




• Negotiate conditions and plea agreements with Crown counsel
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
• Keep accurate records of statistical data

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor from an accredited school
• 5+ years of experience in criminal law
• Positive standing with the Law Society of Alberta
• Ability to engage with clients in complex situations
• Valid driver's license for travel to circuit courts
