Our manufacturing and service client in Surrey is recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Inside Sales Representative.
Responsibilities Coordinate daily and weekly insulation schedules
Monitor progress across multiple job sites
Support production planning
Track all projects in Tsheets, Slack and Procure
Collaborate with subcontractors, internal team and external customers
Organize daily list of tasks
Partner with Outside Sales Rep and coordinate projects with them
Requirements Robust multi tasking skills required for this role
Detail oriented
Works well under pressure
Positive and upbeat attitude
Be extremely organized
Handle high volume of emails and phone calls throughout the day.
Organize sales reps and technicians for each project
