As a Coach Consultant, you’ll provide essential training that enhances kitchen operations and customer service, ensuring compliance with vital company standards. You will be instrumental in guiding current and existing restaurants toward greater profitability and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and execute training programs for franchisee staff
• Create and follow up on training reports
• Advise on compliance with hygiene and safety standards




• Facilitate the development of KPIs and action plans
• Support new restaurant openings and transitions

Requirements:
• High School or Vocational Diploma in food services
• Minimum 2-3 years in management or similar roles
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to work weekends and assist across Canada
