Position Details
What You Will Do

Provide insurance services and skilled insurance advice to existing customers and prospects through multiple forms of communication within broker authority level.

Offer insurance advice, process policy changes and enter changes directly into the insurance computer systems and documents in the Customer Relationship Management System.

Accountable for renewal reviews and retention for CAA Manitoba Insurance.

Log into the customer assistance telephone queue and provide assistance regarding quotes, changes, amendments and inquiries for new business and existing clients.

Educate the client by explaining the difference in coverage along with special limitations provided by each insurance provider and packages.

Assist in improving customer retention and service levels through first‑call resolution and direct customer contact.

Adhere to all legal insurance requirements, Insurance Act and Insurance Code of Ethics.





Demonstrate daily the Core Values & Behaviours / Service Principles of CAA Manitoba and promote all CAA products and partnerships.

Accept payments according to procedures, and process endorsements as required.

Ensure open communication with all underwriting companies and forward all pertinent documents.

Close and balance cash drawer as required.

Meet the expectations of a Broker Audit.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Who You Are

Post‑secondary education in insurance or a business‑related field (preferred).

General Insurance License Level 2 or working towards it.

Strong analytical, customer service and sales skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Minimum of 3‑5 years of related or similar work experience within the insurance industry.

Must have open availability Monday through Saturday.
