As part of The Erb Group, based in New Hamburg, Ontario, your role as a 310T Truck Mechanic will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining trucks and related equipment. This hands-on position supports our mission of delivering temperature-controlled goods across North America. You’ll be contributing to a safe and efficient working environment, ensuring every vehicle meets our high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mechanical issues in trucks and trailers
• Document all repairs and maintenance accurately
• Conduct road tests post-repair for safety confirmation
• Maintain all necessary upkeep of the work area
• Collaborate with senior mechanics for knowledge and support
Requirements:
• Possess a valid 310T Truck and Coach License
• Prioritize safety protocols in all tasks
• Capable of using Microsoft Office and related software
• Strong mechanical aptitude for truck repair
• Honest, diplomatic, and trustworthy
