We are in search of a Senior Accountant specializing in revenue at YSM, a non-profit dedicated to ending chronic poverty. You will manage revenue accounting in compliance with ASNPO standards, ensuring all development funding, grants, and donations are tracked and reported accurately. Your expertise will also support financial closes, audits, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage revenue transactions in line with ASNPO
• Oversee month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Ensure grant compliance and manage donor contributions




• Prepare schedules for audits and manage auditor requests
• Work collaboratively across departments to improve processes

Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred or in progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years in non-profit revenue accounting
• Strong understanding of audits and internal controls
• High proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
