What Will I Be Doing?
The purpose of this role is to assist in executing safe and fun events at Blue Mountain Resorts while ensuring the health and safety of all employees and guests. The Supervisor will work closely with multiple operating departments during planning and execution of events.

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events and sponsorship activations.

Collaborate with other departments on the preparation and execution of events.

Oversee event team and third‑party staff to ensure staff and guest safety, and objectives during event set up, execution, and tear down.

Complete departmental payroll coding, timekeeping, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

Updates and renews all inspection, licensing, and training documents.

Assist with employee onboarding, uniform distribution, communication, and recognition.

Ensure tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan.

Ensure that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations.





Ensure all MEO’s and BEO’s for events are accurate and contain all relevant information.

Support the on‑going advancement of the Business Unit plan via day‑to‑day operation and daily leadership.

What Do We Need From You?

Completion of High School required.

Understanding of risk management, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and Electrical Safety Authority Standards.

Must have a valid G driver’s license.

Previous experience with snowmobiles and other recreational vehicles is an asset.

Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Physically capable of working outside in all weather conditions.

Strong skiing or snowboarding ability is required.
