About the role
Position: Systems Training Co‑op Student (ERP)
Start Date: July 2026
Duration: 4‑6 months
Responsibilities
Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Attend and support all ERP training sessions across multiple business workstreams
Assist trainers with classroom setup, participant registration, attendance tracking, and training logistics
Distribute and maintain training materials, job aids, and user guides
Support virtual and in‑person training sessions
Assist users with navigation and basic system‑related questions during training
Monitor participant engagement and collect training feedback
Help maintain training records and completion reports
Assist with preparation of training facilities, equipment, and training environments
Escalate system issues or training concerns to the Training Team
Provide first‑level support to end users following ERP go‑live
Respond to user questions and assist with basic transaction processing and system navigation
Document, track, and escalate issues through established support channels
Work closely with business users, trainers, subject matter experts, and project team members
Assist in identifying recurring issues and support knowledge‑sharing activities
Support creation and maintenance of frequently asked questions (FAQs), quick reference guides, and support documentation
Participate in daily Hypercare meetings and issue review sessions
Provide on‑site and remote support as required
Requirements
Working towards an undergraduate degree; preference for Business, Computer Science or Engineering
A valid Class 5 Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory
Motivated self‑starter with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the capability to communicate complex ideas to all levels
Experience with power systems, including transformers, substations, and distribution equipment is considered an asset
Familiarity with AutoCAD is an asset
Previous work experience in a technical or engineering environment is an asset
Experience with form design, macros, and data analysis is an asset
Comfortable working in a energetic industrial work environment with a range of engineering, technical and operational personnel
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and a solid understanding of AutoCAD and Solidworks would be advantageous
Must be willing to satisfy a pre‑employment drug screen

Compensation
Salary range: $4,867 – $6,167 CAD per month, commensurate with academic semesters and prior co‑op experience.
