Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager in the Control Assurance and Governance Team within Fund Accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and maintaining a strong control and governance framework, support audits and drive continuous improvement across operations. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements. Responsibilities Control Assurance & Risk Management: Design, implement, and oversee control frameworks across fund accounting processes Conduct risk and control assessments, control testing, and ongoing monitoring to ensure effectiveness Identify control deficiencies, escalate issues, and lead remediation planning and tracking Maintain robust documentation, evidence, and control narratives in line with internal and regulatory standards Governance & Oversight: Establish and maintain governance standards, policies, and procedure for Fund Accounting Support management attestations and governance reporting Audit Engagement: Ensure that all fund accounting processes and controls are audit-ready, and that all necessary documentation and evidence are available to support audits. Coordinate audit activities, ensure timely responses, and manage the resolution of audit findings Continuous Improvement & Leadership: Analyze trends, root causes, and key risk indicators to drive control enhancements and operational efficiencies Support automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives Provide leadership, coaching, and subject matter expertise to team members and stakeholders What do you need to succeed?
