As a Hotel Accountant, you will support the financial operations of the Delta Hotel by Marriott Dartmouth, Barrington Hotel, and Muir Hotel. Reporting to the Hotel Controller, your responsibilities will include preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and providing financial support to various departments. A strong focus on financial accuracy and collaboration is required to maintain customer service standards and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare timely journal entries for month-end close
• Reconcile accounts and manage cost allocations




• Support inventory and supplies tracking
• Assist with accounts receivable and payment processing
• Visit properties for cash balancing and reconciliations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in hospitality accounting
• Proficient in Excel and Sage Intacct is a plus
• University degree in finance or accounting
