In this newly established position, you will support the Foundation and its Board of Directors, implementing strategic initiatives and improving operational frameworks. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, solid relationship management skills, and a firm grasp of regulatory requirements. Play a key role in enhancing the Foundation’s outreach and operational effectiveness while partnering with the firm’s teams.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the implementation of governance frameworks and strategic recommendations • Oversee financial and operational activities of the Foundation • Support budget development and financial reporting to the Board • Maintain risk management frameworks and governance documentation • Foster relationships with grantees, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements: • Significant leadership experience in the charitable sector • Understanding of Canadian grantmaking and governance • Proven track record of stakeholder engagement • Excellent communication and financial management skills • Familiarity with CRA compliance obligations
