A team where everyone makes play happen.Role OverviewAs an Assistant Content Producer, you will play a vital role in crafting and delivering engaging in‑game messaging, content, and thematic releases with global brand partners. You will collaborate with Brand, Production, Product Management, Art, and Quality Verification teams to create dynamic live content that captivates players and enhances brand partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesGain a strong understanding of brand partners of EA SPORTS FC and their motivations to effectively plan and craft content.Collaborate with partners to ensure content aligns with brand values and objectives, delivering engaging experiences for players.Coordinate with internal Product Managers, Account Managers, Content Producers, Designers, to integrate partner content seamlessly into the game, ensuring high‑quality execution.Create content and oversee its journey through quality verification to ensure a successful in‑game launch.Monitor and analyze the performance of brand activations to optimize future content strategies and meet activation targets.Maintain strong communication with brand partners to foster long‑term relationships and ensure successful content delivery.Manage scheduling of high volumes of in‑game messaging copy, art assets and content across various teams and deadlines.Skills & ExperienceExperience with content management systems, content programming,
or ad trafficking tools.Experience in digital marketing, brand account management is a plus.Expertise in quality control checks and in‑depth troubleshooting.Ability to think creatively to solve complex, time‑sensitive problems.Familiarity with the FC product and a passion for football (soccer) is preferred.Strong analytical skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.Strong attention to detail with an understanding of A/B testing methodologies.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Knowledge of programming languages is useful but not required.Pay Transparency – North AmericaCompensation ranges are presented below. In other locations, recruiters will advise on applicable ranges and benefits.PAY RANGESBritish Columbia (depending on location e.G. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $67,000 - $92,700 CADPay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
