The Building Superintendent will be tasked with care and maintenance of rental units, addressing tenant concerns and the general upkeep of the facilities. As thebanyeghị representative of Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services, this individual will respond to tenant inquiries, emergencies, and conduct regular inspections to verify the safety and condition of all aspects of the interior and exterior of the building.
