Compensation

Responsibilities
Engage with personal and commercial clients to assess their life insurance needs
Servicing existing clients with reviews and ongoing support
Generate new leads through prospecting within current client networks and cross-selling
Meet monthly sales targets, including revenue and new client meetings




Utilize client management systems to track interactions and manage workflows
Participate in team-based lead sharing and internal referral programs

Qualifications
Must have LLQP license
1-2 years of lifeinsurance or benefits sales experience in Saskatchewan
Understanding of needs-based selling strategies
Industry knowledge of philosophy and compliance standards
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a desire to succeed
Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills
