In this role, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage repairable parts inventory, and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities. Contribute to enhancing processes and driving productivity while fostering a robust safety culture amongst your crew.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the trades group for equipment rebuilds
• Review technician output for quality standards
• Monitor inventory and stock levels for repairs
• Document all maintenance work performed
• Identify opportunities for maintenance improvements

Requirements:
• 5 years of supervisory or planning experience
• Mechanical background preferred (RSE, C. Tech, or C.E.T.)
• Competency with CMMS (SAP)
• Solid communication and management skills
• Pulp mill processes knowledge is preferred
