Position Summary
Cardinal Point Wealth Management, ULC is a Canada‑U.S. cross‑border wealth management firm that specializes in personalized investment, tax, estate, transition, and financial planning solutions for affluent individuals and families. This full‑time, permanent, on‑site role for a Client Relationship Specialist is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Specialist will ensure customer satisfaction, provide support, communicate effectively, apply analytical skills, and deliver exceptional client service daily.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage, complete, and track account paperwork for multiple clients and custodians in the U.S. and Canada, overseeing large numbers of projects with deadlines.
Handle cashiering, including money transfer requests (transfers, wires, EFT, checks, etc.) for multiple clients and custodians in the U.S. and Canada, also overseeing a large volume with deadlines.
Coordinate onboarding of new clients and collaborate with the client service team to gather data that supports investment, financial planning, tax planning, and compliance needs.
Provide administrative support for investment strategy, financial planning, and tax planning compliance requirements.
Respond to client and employee inquiries by phone and email in a timely manner, including training on system and client portal usage.
Participate in strategic projects and committees to help implement the company's strategic vision.
Participate in meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and coordinate CRM tasks to record and automate meeting schedules.
Serve as primary liaison with custodians for issues related to listed job functions, investigating and proposing efficient ways to perform tasks.
Assist with administrative support for document requirements for filing client tax returns.
Provide financial planning support by collecting and organizing client documentation and assisting advisors in building net‑worth, cash‑flow, and retirement plans.

Compensation and Benefits
The annualized base pay range is expected to be between $50,000 and $80,000. Additional compensation may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k)).
