Senior Communications Officer (French Services) (Telework/Hybrid)
Position: Full‑time, permanent, based in Regina, Saskatchewan (2440 Broad Street). This hybrid role combines in‑office and remote work.

Languages: English and French (both reading and writing).

Responsibilities

Help develop an annual strategy for outreach activities and partnerships.

Develop, plan and implement execution plans, brand activations and innovative event experiences, both internally and externally.

Negotiate, draft, monitor and implement related agreements.

Plan the event calendar and production schedules; coordinate all project phases, conduct technical and location scouting, and manage budgets.

Serve as the main point of contact for project execution and logistics.

Guide programming and technical teams in developing specials and remotes in connection with outreach activities and partnerships.

Advise other departments on best practices for greeting the general public, visitors and school groups.

Oversee ambassador activities, training ambassadors as required, and coordinate ambassador services with producers and programming teams.

Help develop media, promotional visibility and content development plans for all platforms.

Measure performance of activities, conduct post‑mortems and optimize results.

Qualifications

Graduation from university or community college with a degree, diploma or certificate in marketing or communications, or equivalent education, training and experience.





Five (5) or more years’ experience in communications, promotion or marketing.

Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.

Strong grasp of marketing principles, brand building and copywriting.

Relevant experience with radio/television broadcasting or online promotion, depending on the assignment.

Interest in the media and cultural sector.

Ability to travel when needed.
