Compensation: $105,700 – $135,000 base salary + bonus eligibility

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join a high-performing enterprise technology team and play a key role in shaping the organization's application architecture strategy. This position is ideal for a technology leader who combines robust solution design expertise with a hands‑on understanding of application development, cloud technologies, systems integration, and enterprise architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions while driving modernization initiatives across a complex application landscape.

Reporting to the leadership team within Enterprise Business Solutions, this role will partner with architects, developers, and business leaders to establish architecture standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and ensure technology investments align with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end technology solutions from concept through implementation

Provide architectural leadership across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives

Develop solution blueprints that align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and business goal

Review and approve technical designs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and operational sustainability

Identify architectural risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization and reuse

Establish and maintain architecture standards, frameworks, methodologies, and best practice





Create current‑state and future‑state architecture models that support long‑term business growth

Evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and commercial software solutions to determine business value

Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise architecture roadmap

Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and retire obsolete technologies

Recommend innovative approaches that improve operational efficiency, agility, and scalability

Support cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Application Development & Lifecycle Management

Guide application design decisions throughout the software development lifecycle

Ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives, technical standards, and cost optimization goals

Support development teams with architectural guidance, design reviews, and technical decision‑making

Promote reusable patterns, frameworks, and integration strategies across project

Maintain technical consistency and governance throughout solution lifecycle

Support deployment automation and configuration management initiatives

Design and oversee integrations across enterprise platforms and application





Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver seamless data and process integration

Provide expertise across cloud, on‑premises, SaaS, and PaaS environment

Partner with technology vendors and service providers to ensure successful implementation of integrated solutions

Support architecture decisions involving enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, identity management, middleware, and content management system

Governance & Collaboration

Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solution

Participate in the development of enterprise technology policies, standards, and governance framework

Collaborate with regional and cross‑functional teams to ensure architectural alignment

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams and technical stakeholder

Communicate architectural concepts and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audience

Facilitate discussions that drive consensus and support informed decision‑making

Required Qualifications
Education

8–10 years of experience in application development, enterprise systems, and system integration

5+ years of experience in solution architecture, application architecture, or related technical leadership roles

Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions in both cloud and on‑premises environment

Strong background working within complex, multi‑platform technology ecosystem

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
